Numerical order: Last week we skip counted by 5's (selling vegetables at Micah's market, among other activities) and this week we are skip counting by 2's (like Franklin! and learning "odd" and "even"). Micah and Lilly are enjoying watching a couple of Franklin episodes some mornings while eating breakfast (8am on NickJr.) and some have coincided nicely with some books we were reading or working with that day.
Chronological order: One day Micah used context and/or picture clues to put 7 Franklin books in chronological order. "Mom, he doesn't have his training wheels in this one."
Alphabetical order: Another day, Lilly prepared the alphabet puzzle while Micah did some handwriting and then he put 6 Franklin books in alphabetical order. Nice teamwork guys!
